1. Position Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading, developing, and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets for Hammerhead (Pvt) Ltd's furniture products. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership qualities, an in-depth understanding of furniture sales, and proven expertise in developing customer relationships and expanding market reach.

2. Educational Background

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or a related discipline.
  • Preferred Qualification:
  • MBA in Marketing, Sales Management, or Strategic Management.
  • Relevant certifications in Sales Leadership, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), or Corporate Sales Management will be an advantage.

3. Relevant Experience

  • Total Experience: Minimum 7–10 years of professional experience in sales, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Industry Experience:
  • Must have relevant experience in office & home furniture, interior design, home décor, or allied manufacturing sectors.
  • Experience in B2B (corporate, institutional sales) environments is desirable.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in:
  • Achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Building and leading high-performance sales teams.
  • Expanding market presence and managing key client relationships.

4. Job Knowledge and Expertise

  • Deep understanding of furniture products, materials, finishes, and design trends.
  • Knowledge of sales cycles, distribution channels, and pricing strategies in the furniture industry.
  • Familiarity with corporate sales processes and customer service standards.
  • Awareness of manufacturing processes, supply chain logistics, and inventory management related to furniture production and delivery.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales data analytics for forecasting and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
