Key Accountabilities:

Sales Strategy & Account Management:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive and regional sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share for assigned product lines.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Utilize data and insights to drive sales strategy and decision-making.

Sales Growth & Target:

  • Monitor and analyze sales activities and performance metrics and adjust tactics as needed.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets for the assigned account, territory, or product.

Product Knowledge & Opportunities:

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Creates and maintains a funnel of opportunities to grow the customer base and increase sales.
  • Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Use this information to refine sales strategies and product offerings.

Customer Relationship Management :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts. Act as the primary point of contact for major customers, addressing their needs, resolving customer issues, and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Conduct regular reviews and feedback sessions with clients to ensure their needs are being met and to identify areas for improvement.
  • Follow up the Account for potential and future projects of each customer.

Sales Activities:

  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Ensure that sales activities are aligned with company goals and strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure effective product positioning and promotion.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, and client interactions in the CRM system.

People Leadership & Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Provide guidance, training, and support to enhance their performance and development.
  • Set clear objectives, monitor progress, and conduct performance evaluations for team members.

Job Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of experience in the same field
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or Engineering
  • Excellence in Delivering Results
