We are looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients, expanding existing accounts, and driving revenue growth in the Dubai market. This role demands a proactive sales approach, strong networking skills, and a deep understanding of travel solutions.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate travel sector
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Conduct client presentations, product demos, and contract negotiations
  • Collaborate with operations and account management teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales tactics
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Travel & Tourism or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of corporate sales experience in travel, hospitality, or related industries
  • Strong understanding of corporate travel solutions and client needs
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • UAE market experience preferred
