The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our growth in the UAE territory. This is a high-impact role for a professional who thrives on building relationships, understands manufacturing challenges, and is passionate about delivering technological solutions that drive real business value for our clients.

You will be the face of Nimax Machinery, responsible for the entire sales cycle from prospecting and technical consultation to closing strategic deals. Your primary focus will be on selling our flagship fiber laser machines and related industrial solutions to both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Execute Sales Strategy: Create and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned territory.
  • Full-Cycle Sales Management: Manage the entire sales process, including lead generation, qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build a Strong Pipeline: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, trade shows, cold calling, and leveraging industry contacts.
  • Technical Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their manufacturing processes and challenges, and presenting tailored Nimax solutions that meet their technical and financial requirements.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, from shop floor managers to C-level executives.
  • Market Intelligence: Serve as the "eyes and ears" of the market, providing feedback on competitive activity, customer trends, and potential new product opportunities.
  • Collaborate Internally: Work closely with our applications engineering, service, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from pre-sale to post-sale.
