Job Summary:

Responsible for managing Sales, Marketing, Order Execution, and Despatch operations for Sponge Iron and Ferro Alloys. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, ensuring smooth logistics, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving market growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive domestic sales and develop new customers for Sponge Iron & Ferro Alloys.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
• Manage sales orders, dispatch planning, and logistics coordination.
• Oversee documentation (Invoices, E-way Bills, LR, Weighbridge slips, etc.).
• Ensure timely payment collection and credit control.
• Maintain dispatch MIS and transportation cost records.
• Handle customer queries and ensure satisfaction through regular visits.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred).
• 5–10 years of experience in Sales & Dispatch within the Steel / Ferro Alloys sector.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of steel markets and pricing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, SAP/ERP, and dispatch documentation.
• Ability to manage transporters and logistics efficiently.
• Goal-driven, customer-focused, and self-motivated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
