Position: Sales Manager

Location: Kottayam, Pala

Salary Package: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Qualification: Any Degree

Experience : Minimum 1 year in Banking / insurance/NBFC experience in sales is an added advantage

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Recruit and develop Financial Consultants to expand the sales network.

Generate leads through consultants and other potential sources.

Support and guide consultants to convert leads into business.

Motivate and mentor consultants to achieve sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and the consultant team.

Skills Required:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Leadership qualities and team management ability.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Basic knowledge of financial products (preferred, not mandatory).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
