Sales Manager – Sobha Realty (Dubai)
Salary: AED 10,000–12,000 per month | Job Type: Full-time, On-site
Role:
We’re seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive property sales, develop strategies, build client relationships, and close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
- Negotiate and close property deals confidently and effectively.
- Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to post-sale follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales (preferably in Dubai or the UAE).
- Strong background in off-plan property sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- Ability to work long hours and deliver under pressure.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Language skills (advantageous):
- English (required)
- French, Russian, Chinese, German, Dutch, Japanese, or Taiwanese (preferred multilingual advantage).
