We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales operations, drive sales growth, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate must have strong product knowledge and proven experience in tiles, sanitaryware, or building materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and ensure smooth customer flow
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team
- Handle customer queries, provide product recommendations, and ensure high satisfaction
- Develop strategies to increase footfall and conversion rates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, and contractors
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales (Tiles/Sanitaryware/Building Materials preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
- Ability to lead a team and manage high-value customers
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong sales drive
- Good knowledge of tiles, sanitaryware, and building material products
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting
- Positive attitude, presentable, and confident
