Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and dealers
• Oversee daily sales operations and reporting
• Coordinate with marketing for campaign planning
• Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years experience in real estate sales (mandatory)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Market knowledge of real estate trends
• Professional, confident, and well-presented
