Key Responsibilities

● Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve both individual and overall project sales targets.

● Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company goals and the dynamics of Lahore’s high-rise market.

● Monitor daily sales activity, track team performance, and ensure consistent pipeline growth.

● Personally engage with high-value clients and investors to close key deals and build long-term relationships.

● Work closely with the marketing team to design and implement campaigns that drive qualified leads and conversions.

● Provide regular market intelligence and competitor analysis to guide pricing and sales strategies.

● Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and revenue projections to senior management.

Requirements

● 5–7 years of proven experience in selling high-rise or luxury real estate projects in Lahore, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.

● In-depth understanding of Lahore’s high-rise real estate market, including buyer behavior, pricing patterns, and investment trends.

● Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding large-scale sales targets in a competitive market.

● Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills with the ability to build and manage a high-performing team.

● Established network within the local real estate community and investor circles.

● Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM systems, data-driven reporting, and market tracking.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate; MBA preferred.
