Job Title: Sales Manager (Arabic Speaker)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager who is a native or fluent Arabic speaker to lead and drive sales performance for our real estate development projects. The ideal candidate will manage the sales team, develop sales strategies, and build strong relationships with clients and brokers to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential projects
- Handle high-value clients and key accounts, including VIP and investor clients
- Oversee the full sales cycle: lead generation, presentations, negotiations, and closing
- Coordinate with marketing teams on campaigns, launches, and promotional activities
- Train, coach, and evaluate sales executives’ performance
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for senior management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and channel partners
- Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations
- Ensure accurate documentation, contracts, and booking processes.
- Handle the complete registration process for client bookings, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation.
- Prepare, review, and execute Sales and Purchase Agreements in compliance with legal and company standards. Act as the main liaison between clients, legal, and sales teams to ensure seamless coordination.
- Present projects to walk-in clients and provide detailed information. Deliver compelling presentations and project overviews to prospective clients, showcasing the company’s developments with professionalism and market insight to maximize sales opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with local real estate laws and regulations (e.g., RERA, if applicable).
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in real estate development
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory; English proficiency required
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Solid understanding of the local real estate market and buyer behavior
- Ability to manage targets, KPIs, and sales pipelines
- Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
