As Sales Manager at Elite Property DXB, you will lead and oversee all sales operations within our team, driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring seamless sales processes from lead generation through deal close.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents to deliver strong performance and results.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and industry partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales plans and identify opportunities.
- Oversee sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring accurate performance insights for senior leadership.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, legal, and finance teams to support aligned execution of sales activities.
- Promote a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client queries and ensuring a smooth sales experience.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years (or more) experience in real estate sales, within the Dubai/UAE market.
- Proven leadership ability with experience managing or coaching a sales team.
- Strong understanding of local market trends, legal frameworks, and sales practices.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adapt strategy.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales tools to manage leads and pipeline effectively.
