Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients through research and networking.
- Work closely with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to communicate sales results and market trends to senior management.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote Arısan’s products and services
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineer or a related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience in the food supplement industry prefered.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to capitalize on them
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
