Sales Manager

Hiring Sales Manager for FMCG section (premium food products)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for Retail, HoReCa, and Distribution.
  • Identify new business opportunities and key accounts
  • Develop strong relationships with retail chains, hotels, restaurants, and coorporate events, and private celebrations
  • Promote FMCG products for bulk orders, customized packaging, gifting solutions, and seasonal campaigns
  • Prepare and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and annual operating plans.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5–10 years of FMCG sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role
  • Strong exposure to Retail, HoReCa, and Distribution channel
