Job Description

Harooni Design & Build is a well-established interior design and fit-out company with over 12 years of experience in the UAE. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in interior design, fit-out, or construction to lead our sales activities and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for interior design and fit-out projects
• Generate leads, manage client relationships, and close high-value projects
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
• Manage and guide the sales team to achieve targets
• Track market trends and competitor activities

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within interior design / fit-out / construction
• Proven track record in closing residential and commercial projects
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of UAE market and client handling
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
