Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales for furniture, fit-out solutions, roller shutters, and dock levellers in the Riyadh market. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, manage the sales team, and build strong relationships with clients and contractors.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets
• Develop sales strategies for furniture, fit-out, roller shutters, and dock levellers
• Identify and secure new clients, projects, and key accounts
• Maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and developers
• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
• Coordinate with design, technical, and project teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager / Salesperson
• Background in furniture, fit-out, industrial or construction-related products
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Knowledge of the Riyadh market
• Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
