Sales Manager

Job Summary

The Sales Manager – Ready Mix Concrete will be responsible for managing the sales team, driving sustainable volume growth, enforcing pricing and credit discipline, and creating clear visibility of market activity through structured reporting and planning.

This role requires strong field experience in ready-mix, emotional maturity, and the ability to lead through systems rather than individual heroics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the Ready Mix sales team
• Develop and maintain a clear sales pipeline and weekly reporting system
• Monitor market activity, competitor pricing, and project pipelines
• Ensure price discipline and controlled discounting
• Enforce credit policies and support safe collections
• Coordinate closely with dispatch and operations
• Assign and monitor sales territories/zones
• Review sales performance weekly and monthly
• Build a collaborative, professional sales culture

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RO800.000 - RO1,000.000 per month

• Muscat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
