Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Manager based in Kuwait to promote Dubai as a travel destination to Kuwaiti B2B travel agencies and trade partners. This role is ideal for a confident communicator with a passion for destination marketing, exceptional presentation skills, and the ability to build strong professional relationships within the travel industry. Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Dubai as a preferred leisure and business travel destination in Kuwait.
Maintain and grow partnerships with travel agencies and tour operators.
Represent Dubai at trade shows, travel fairs, roadshows, and workshops across Kuwait and the region, if required.
Deliver engaging presentations and product trainings to travel trade partners.
Identify new market opportunities and provide insights into travel trends.
Collaborate with the Dubai-based marketing and sales teams to align regional initiatives.
Travel within GCC as required for events, meetings, and familiarization trips.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in travel trade, tourism, or destination marketing.
Strong communication and presentation skills; Arabic and English fluency preferred.
Presentable, confident, and skilled in relationship management.
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
Willingness and flexibility to travel as needed.
