Sobha Realty is looking for a driven Sales Manager to deliver strong sales performance across our luxury residential projects in Dubai.

🔑 What You’ll Do

• Achieve sales targets across luxury & off-plan projects

• Lead and motivate a team of sales executives

• Manage broker relationships and drive conversions

• Handle negotiations, closures, and client relationships

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of real estate sales experience

• Mandatory Dubai/UAE real estate market exposure

• Developer-side sales & broker management experience

• Strong negotiation and closing skills
