Sales Manager

Role Overview

The sales manager’s main role is to maximize the sales revenue, lead and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue goals while developing strategies, analyzing market trends, and ensuring overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversees the sales team and drive sales performance
  • Set sales targets, develop sales strategies, coach and mentor team members, and monitor performance metrics to ensure goals are met.
  • Coordinate with e-commerce, marketing, product development, operations and customer service to align strategies and optimize results.
  • Create sales reports, presentations, and dashboards
  • Evaluate individual and team performance, identify challenges affecting sales, and implement incentive plans to motivate the team.
  • Address conflicts, solve problems, and find solutions to ensure smooth operations and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Participate in recruiting, training, and onboarding new sales representatives.

  • Analyze data, interpret market trends, and develop innovative approaches to drive sales growth and maintain a competitive edge in the market

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 10 years’ experience in Sales
  • Ability to communicate well and fluently in English and Arabic
