Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories through direct outdoor sales activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to maximize sales growth.
  • Present, promote, and sell products and services to customers in person, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs as set by management.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales agreements in alignment with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Job Rquirements

  • Minimum of 10 year of proven experience in outdoor or field sales, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
