We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales efforts and manage client relationships for our Services. This role requires strong sales expertise, end-to-end ownership of client engagements, and the ability to manage the complete sales lifecycle; from initial outreach to post-sale support. Key Responsibilities Sales Pitch & Client Engagement: Deliver impactful presentations and sales pitches, clearly communicating the value of Agile MTech’s cybersecurity and IT solutions to prospective clients. End-to-End Account Ownership: Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for assigned clients, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and negotiation to onboarding and post-sale engagement. Proposal Development & Contract Negotiation: Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals aligned with both client expectations and company objectives. Target-Based Sales Execution: Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets, contributing to revenue growth. Market & Industry Awareness: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities and tailor solutions. Pre- & Post-Sales Coordination: Work closely with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation and continued client satisfaction. Vendor Coordination: Maintain ongoing communication with solution vendors to ensure product alignment, timely updates, and effective support for client needs. Qualifications & Skills 2–3 years of experience in sales or account management Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and sales processes simultaneously. Good understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
