Role Overview
FutureTEC is seeking an experienced
Sales Manager
to drive revenue growth and manage key customer relationships across assigned markets. This role is responsible for owning sales targets, building and managing a strong pipeline, and executing the company’s go-to-market strategy across enterprise and commercial accounts.
The ideal candidate is a
hands-on sales leader
with strong experience in
B2B IT solutions and services
, capable of leading complex sales cycles, engaging senior decision-makers, and working closely with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth

Own and deliver assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.

Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Drive new business acquisition and expand existing customer accounts.

Lead strategic and high-value opportunities from qualification to closure.
Account & Relationship Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Manage enterprise, strategic, and commercial customer accounts.

Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term account growth.
Sales Execution & Governance

Execute sales plans aligned with company strategy and priorities.

Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records.

Ensure adherence to internal sales processes, approvals, and governance.
Internal Collaboration

Work closely with Presales, Technical, and Operations teams.

Coordinate with Marketing and Alliances on partner-led initiatives.

Support proposal preparation, negotiations, and contract closure.
Market & Partner Engagement

Represent FutureTEC with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Engage with technology vendors and distributors as required.

Provide market and competitive insights to management.
Required Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in B2B sales
, preferably in IT solutions or services.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong understanding of enterprise and commercial sales cycles.
-
Experience engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
-
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in
English
(Arabic is a strong advantage).
