Falaknaz Group of Companies is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our real estate sales operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in property sales, proven leadership abilities, and in-depth knowledge of Karachi’s real estate market. This role requires someone who can drive targets, manage teams effectively, and contribute to sustained business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Job Summary

  • Lead, manage, and supervise a team of Sales Officers to achieve assigned sales targets
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets
  • Manage CRM systems, Excel-based reports, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns
  • Conduct daily sales meetings, performance reviews, and reporting to management
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance productivity
  • Handle client objections, payment plans, and installment structures professionally
  • Maintain strong relationships with investors and clients

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in real estate or property sales
  • Minimum Intermediate qualification (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Karachi real estate projects, including developer and installment-based projects
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment
  • Prior experience in developer sales is mandatory
  • Existing investor and client network will be a strong advantage
  • Basic awareness of digital and social media marketing tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
