Sales Manager

We are Seeking a high-energy, technically-minded Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for our power generation portfolio. You will be responsible for selling integrated solutions, including prime and standby generators, and most be comfortable discussing everything from engine displacement to excitation field systems with plant engineers and contractors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the sales team (corporate and retail).
  • Identify and close high-value opportunities in commercial, industrial, and data center markets.
  • Advice clients on generators sizing, fuel types, and excitation system requirements to ensure load stability.
  • Set sales targets and monitor performance against goals.
  • Develop strategies to expand market share and reach new clients.
  • Support key negotiations and major deal closures.
  • Coordinate with GM on pricing, promotions, and overall business strategy.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 5 years' of sales experience in industrial sales, specifically within the power generations or heavy electrical equipment sector.
  • Proven ability to manage long sales cycle and negotiate multi-million contracts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
