FK Media & Productions is a dynamic media and production company specializing in creative content, brand promotions, digital marketing, advertising campaigns, event coverage, and multimedia productions. We are looking for a result-driven and energetic Sales Manager to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Identify new business opportunities in media, advertising, and production sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and corporate partners.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
• Present company services (digital marketing, video production, branding, event coverage, etc.) to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue.
• Coordinate with the creative and production team to ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in media, advertising, digital marketing, or production industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, branding, and media services.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and team player.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in handling corporate clients.
• Knowledge of social media marketing and advertising trends.
• Strong networking skills.

Pay: ₹14,896.03 - ₹40,000.00 per month
