Job Summary

We are a newly established logistics company based in Jebel Ali Free Zone and are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development and sales operations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of import & export logistics, documentation, operations, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients and partners. Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the company’s logistics business in UAE and GCC markets
  • Generate new business for air, sea, and land freight, import & export services
  • Manage key client relationships and maintain long-term partnerships
  • Coordinate closely with operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth shipment execution
  • Handle and understand logistics documentation including BL, AWB, BOE, COO, invoices, packing lists, etc.
  • Identify market opportunities within JAFZA, free zones, and mainland companies
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pricing strategies
  • Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and industry events
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve client issues professionally

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a logistics or freight forwarding company
  • Strong knowledge of import & export procedures, customs clearance, and logistics operations
  • Experience working with or selling services in Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA)
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently in a startup or growing company environment
  • UAE market knowledge and existing client base is a strong advantage
