Sales Manager

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Collectively accountable for the overall delivery of Pakistan results and the role holder will be one of the main actors in planning for the project's channel development in the northern region of the country
  • Carry out his responsibilities in delivering the Sales Mission in line with corporate objectives and KPIs
  • Identifying, building and strengthening relationships with Architects, Interior designers, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) Consultants, Contractors and Real estate developers
  • Working with Authorized Distributors for product selection and competitive pricing and to navigate the negotiation process to ensure winning of the projects without compromising brand margin
  • Follow existing and upcoming residential, commercial, hospitality and healthcare projects in your territory
  • Persuading Architects and MEP Consultants to include our brand’s SKUs in their Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and their Approved Vendors List
  • Keeping Architects and designers updated on new launches, finishes and water saving technologies
  • Monitoring what rival brands are offering in terms of pricing and technology and to discuss this with Sales leaders to make counter strategies
  • Monitor the performance of the key accounts versus pre-set targets and KPIs in addition to defining and overseeing plans to target Key Accounts to ensure exceptional brand loyalty
  • Monitor and analyze the sales figures (Sell out data, stock movement, sales margin, product mix)
  • Align regularly with Sales Leaders on mid and long-term strategies for the country, and ensure local implementation is in full compliance with corporate guidelines
  • Provide high quality information and analysis in support of strategic priorities and initiatives


Qualifications and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration, MBA (is a plus)
  • Fluent written and spoken English & Urdu, good command of other languages to be considered a plus
  • Excellent communication skills with strong ability to build commercial networks


Experience

  • Around 3-5 years of experience in a comparable position, from the sanitaryware/building materials industry
  • Demonstrate success at working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, highly competitive, and deadline-oriented environment whilst maintaining Grohe’s quality and reputation for excellence
  • Proactive commercially across building material and projects sectors
  • Have good working relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, MEP Consultants, Contractors and real estate developer
  • Strong experience in managing dealers within the market
