Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the Fit-Out and Joinery industry in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing key client relationships, securing high-value projects, and leading the sales team to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth objectives.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, and mixed-use projects.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, project managers, and developers across the UAE.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from lead generation, estimation coordination, tender submission, negotiation, to contract closure.
  • Collaborate closely with estimation, design, production, and project teams to ensure accurate proposals and successful project delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Key Requirements

  • 7+ years of proven sales experience in the UAE Fit-Out & Joinery industry (mandatory).
  • Strong network and existing relationships within the UAE construction and interiors market.
  • In-depth knowledge of fit-out works, joinery manufacturing, materials, finishes, and project workflows.management.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Professional sales or management certifications are an added advantage.
