Role Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales operations in Abu Dhabi, implementing data-driven strategies, and maximizing team performance. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in the Abu Dhabi Real Estate market, experience working with high-net-worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets

Develop and execute strategic sales plans based on market data and analytics

Conduct Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) and utilize AI-driven insights to identify high-potential opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, and key stakeholders

Design and implement targeted sales strategies for local and international clients

Analyze market trends and economic indicators to refine pricing and positioning

Oversee the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing

Collaborate with marketing to enhance brand positioning and client acquisition

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of Real Estate sales leadership experience in Abu Dhabi

Deep understanding of Abu Dhabi’s Real Estate ecosystem and project landscape

Established network of investors and industry contacts

Experience working with high-net-worth and cross-border clients

Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills

Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)

UAE driving license preferred

International certifications (CIPS, CCIM, etc.) are a plus
