Sales Manager

Job Title: Sales Manager (Males and Females)

Location: We have 2 showrooms. Need in both locations

Location 1: 51-A Commercial, Central Park, Lahore.

Location 2: 1st Floor Plaza # CC 10, Falcon Downtown, Fazaia Housing Scheme, , Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets

· Generate new business opportunities.

· Manage showroom and field sales team performance

· Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies

· Coordinate with production and operations teams for order execution

· Ensure timely collection of payments

· Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field

· 4–7 years of experience.

· Strong knowledge of wood finishes, laminates, veneers, customized furniture, or interior solutions

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets
