Cannata Worldwide Cargo Services LLC is a dynamic and growing logistics solutions provider offering end-to-end services including air freight, sea freight, land transportation, customs clearance, warehousing, and value-added logistics solutions. We serve both B2B and B2C clients, delivering reliable, compliant, and cost-effective supply chain solutions across local and international markets.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new sales opportunities, managing key client relationships, and leading a team of Sales Executives to consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

This role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of logistics and freight forwarding services, and the ability to translate market opportunities into sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with Cannata’s business objectives across air, sea, land freight, customs clearance, and warehousing services.
  • Identify new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and untapped customer segments (B2B & B2C).
  • Drive new business acquisition while maintaining and expanding existing client accounts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for each sales personnel and ensure consistent follow-up.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, pipeline reviews, and sales meetings.
  • Provide on-the-job training, mentoring, and sales guidance to improve closing ratios and client engagement.

Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Ensure accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and conversions through CRM or sales reporting tools.
  • Monitor daily sales activities, follow-ups, and client meetings conducted by the sales team.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports, forecasts, and achievement analyses to management.
  • Ensure disciplined follow-up on quotations, proposals, contracts, and client onboarding.

Client Relationship & Key Account Management

  • Build strong relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and high-value accounts.
  • Support negotiation of rates, contracts, and service agreements in coordination with operations and management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with operations teams to deliver on service commitments.

Compliance & Internal Coordination

  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
  • Coordinate closely with operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of sales commitments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain services, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of air and sea freight (FCL/LCL), land transport, customs clearance, and warehousing services.
  • Experience managing and motivating sales teams in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking with strong analytical and opportunity-identification skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Excel, and sales reporting tools.
