Sales Manager

Role Overview

The Sales Manager for a developer will be responsible for leading and managing a dynamic sales team, achieving revenue targets, building strong client relationships, and supporting the company’s continued growth in the competitive UAE property market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of property sales consultants
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and investors
  • Conduct performance reviews and implement sales training programs
  • Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
  • Collaborate with marketing and project teams to optimize campaign results
  • Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market
  • RERA certification preferred
