Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team, develop effective sales strategies, and drive property sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, managing client relationships, and guiding the sales team toward high performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans
  • Handle high-value client interactions and property negotiations
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
  • Generate leads through networks, campaigns, and channel partners
  • Track sales performance metrics and prepare reports
  • Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
  • 3–7 years of real estate sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of local property market and regulations

Salary: As per experience + incentives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,656.13 - ₹25,812.12 per month
