Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for an Experienced Real Estate Secondary Sales Manager. The responsibilities include managing and overseeing secondary property sales operations, identifying and nurturing client relationships, and leading a team to achieve sales targets. The role also entails continuous market analysis, strategizing for optimized sales performance, and providing mentorship and training to team members. The manager will act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while maximizing opportunities for business growth.

• Experience in real estate sales, including a solid understanding of secondary market operations and trends.
• Strong leadership, team management, and motivation skills to drive sales performance and encourage professional growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, along with expertise in market analysis and sales strategy development.
• Proficient use of CRM systems and digital tools related to real estate sales; fluency in English is mandatory
• Must have their own established sales team
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
