We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, advising clients, and closing residential and/or commercial property deals across Dubai’s competitive real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new leads through calls, referrals, portals, and networking
  • Handle buyer and seller inquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice on pricing, locations, and market trends
  • Promote off-plan and secondary market properties
  • Negotiate and close property sales and lease transactions
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and landlords
  • Prepare and manage documentation including Form A, B, F, MOUs, and contracts
  • Update CRM systems with accurate client and transaction data
  • Stay up to date with Dubai real estate laws, RERA regulations, and market trends
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Preferred Skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED500.00 - AED1,000.00 per month
