Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets through coaching, training, and performance management
  • Develop comprehensive business development plans to identify new market opportunities and expand existing client relationships
  • Manage complex B2B sales cycles, including prospecting, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with corporate clients
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design targeted campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads
  • Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and analyze customer data for strategic insights
  • Oversee account management efforts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships
  • Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote our solutions and build brand authority

Experience

  • 5-10 years of experience in a manpower supply company.
  • Fluent- english , Hindi
  • Strong management skills with experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills combined with a customer service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to analyze market data to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales performance
