About the Company:

The company has built a strong reputation in the market through its extensive distribution network, partnerships with leading international brands, and long-term relationships with contractors, retailers, and project developers across the Kingdom.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute the company’s wholesale sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team across key market segments.
  • Strengthen relationships with contractors, retailers, and major project clients.
  • Expand the company’s distribution network and identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
  • Drive sales growth across product categories such as building materials, plumbing, electrical, and related construction supplies.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations to senior management.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
  • 12–20 years of experience in sales, preferably within building materials, construction supplies, or wholesale distribution.
  • Established relationships within the contracting, retail, and project sectors.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi construction and building materials market.
