Lead the sales performance of tesa North America’s Industrial Trade & Converting (ITC) division as a Sales Manager by leading and developing a high-performing, technical sales team covering all major industrial regions across the United States.
This role will ideally be based in Dallas, Atlanta, or Chicago and is responsible for executing sales strategies, strengthening end-user engagement, and delivering on revenue targets. The successful candidate will oversee key customer relationships, identify opportunities to expand market presence, and cultivate a results-driven sales culture.
In addition, this leader will play a critical role in coaching and developing team members—driving both business growth and individual professional development while aligning with broader organizational goals.
