Sales Manager

Position Summary

Ethos Software is seeking a driven and commercially strong Sales Manager to support growth within its healthcare and life sciences portfolio. This role will be responsible for developing new business, expanding strategic accounts, and helping drive a more disciplined and scalable commercial process.

The ideal candidate brings experience selling into biopharma organizations and has established relationships with regulatory, operations, product development, or related decision-makers. This individual should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, navigating complex sales cycles, and collaborating across leadership, marketing, product, and customer-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development across target pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and related healthcare accounts
  • Identify, develop, and close revenue opportunities with both new and existing customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers across regulatory, operations, product development, and other relevant functions
  • Create and execute account plans and territory plans aligned with growth priorities
  • Lead consultative sales conversations that align customer needs with solution capabilities
  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, forecasting, and opportunity progression within CRM
  • Partner closely with executive leadership, marketing, product, and customer success teams to improve win rates and revenue growth
  • Contribute market feedback and customer insights to help refine messaging, positioning, and commercial strategy
  • Represent the company professionally in customer meetings, virtual presentations, and industry events
  • Support the continued development of a more rigorous and repeatable sales process

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in life sciences, healthcare technology, SaaS, data solutions, or related sectors
  • Demonstrated success selling into pharmaceutical or biotechnology organizations
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills
  • Experience with consultative and value-based selling
  • Strong organizational skills and discipline around pipeline management and forecasting
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing relationships with biopharma regulatory, operations, or product development decision-makers
  • Experience selling software, data, analytics, regulatory, or workflow solutions into life sciences
  • Familiarity with regulated healthcare or life sciences environments
  • Experience in a smaller company or high-growth business where adaptability and initiative are critical

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
