About the Role
The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and managing strategic customer relationships with key truck body and trailer OEMs and select distributors. This role will focus on building and expanding partnerships with engineering, quality, purchasing, and executive teams at major accounts to strengthen Galleher’s position as a preferred supplier of flooring, metal components, and aftermarket solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Growth

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned OEM and distributor accounts.

Develop and execute account-specific growth strategies aligned with customer needs and company objectives.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long-term supply agreements to secure and expand business.
Business Development

Identify and secure new OEM and distributor account opportunities nationwide.

Build relationships across multiple functions within customer organizations, including executives, engineering, quality, and purchasing teams.

Collaborate with internal resources to design and deliver tailored solutions that address customer requirements.
Market & Sales Execution

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new product and sales opportunities.

Maintain detailed records in CRM (Monday.com), including leads, activity, and pipeline management.

Generate and manage quotes and orders with accurate pricing and follow-through, coordinating with inside sales and operations.
Collaboration & Coordination

Work closely with regional sales teams in California, Texas, Indiana, and New Jersey to ensure alignment on account objectives.

Partner with operations, engineering, and supply chain to support customer programs and resolve issues quickly.

Provide voice-of-customer feedback to leadership to guide product development and market positioning.
Performance & Reporting

Track account performance, sales forecasts, and pipeline opportunities.

Prepare regular reports on account activity, growth, and key initiatives.

Meet or exceed assigned revenue and profitability goals.

Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of Galleher Industries.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent industry experience).

5+ years of experience in aftermarket parts sales, distribution sales, fleet sales, or dealership channel sales.

Proven ability to develop and grow accounts through consistent territory management.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Comfortable with CRM use, quoting, and follow-up discipline.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel by car and air as required (estimated 30–50% depending on territory and customer needs).
