We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth through effective communication and strategic follow-ups. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage client interactions, conduct meetings, and oversee project visits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote services/projects
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to close deals
  • Visit project sites and guide clients accordingly
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Keep records of sales activities and client interactions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution

Compensation & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: PKR 50,000 – 60,000 per month
  • Commission & Bonuses: Attractive incentives ranging from PKR 300,000 up to 1,500,000 (performance-based)

Requirements

  • Must be based in Lahore
  • Must have own conveyance
  • Prior experience in sales will be considered a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
