The Sales Manager oversees the day‑to‑day operations and performance management of the sales team. This role ensures SOPs are clear and understood, supports advisors as a point of contact for escalations, and drives call quality and performance. The Sales Manager works closely with the Sales Director to execute department initiatives, coaching plans, and reporting expectations.


  • Manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency: timecards, schedules, standard operating procedures and policies.
  • Drive performance: through data reporting and performance analysis, evaluation audits, 1:1s, training, removing obstacles to advisor success.
  • Act as main point of contact for client escalations, back up advisors to maintain service levels.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director on departmental initiatives, coaching plans, employee relations issues and provide weekly reporting.
