About the Role
Amtech Systems is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager in Multan to expand our presence in South Punjab, including Multan, Bahawalpur, Dera Ghazi Khan, Muzaffargarh, Rahim Yar Khan, and nearby districts.
The selected candidate will be responsible for selling:
- TouchPro+ Interactive Flat Panels
- Smart Classroom Solutions
- Digital Kiosks
- Video Conferencing Systems
- LED Video Walls
- Digital Signage
The role involves business development with schools, universities, government departments, hospitals, banks, and corporate organizations.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Multan and South Punjab.
- Build relationships with principals, IT heads, procurement managers, and business owners.
- Generate leads through visits, networking, exhibitions, and tenders.
Product Demonstrations
- Conduct live demonstrations of TouchPro+ interactive displays and conferencing solutions.
- Arrange client meetings at customer sites or the Amtech Experience Center.
Proposal & Tender Management
- Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and bid documents.
- Monitor procurement opportunities through PPRA Punjab and PPRA Pakistan.
Sales Closing & Collections
- Negotiate pricing and payment terms.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
- Coordinate with finance for receivables and documentation.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline.
- Provide post-sales follow-up and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or Engineering.
- MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience.
- Experience in IT, AV, EdTech, or office automation preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to conduct professional product demonstrations.
- Knowledge of tendering and institutional sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per hour
