Job Description:
Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring a Sales Manager – Farm Mechanization for a reputed client in the agriculture sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading sales operations, expanding dealer networks, promoting agricultural machinery solutions, and driving business growth across Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets
• Identify new business opportunities in agricultural machinery and farm equipment
• Build and manage dealer and distributor networks in key agricultural regions
• Lead and supervise the sales team for effective market coverage
• Conduct product demonstrations and promotional activities with farmers and agribusiness stakeholders
• Coordinate with technical and after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing of agricultural machinery or farm mechanization solutions
• Strong knowledge of Pakistan’s agriculture sector and farmer engagement practices
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to travel across agricultural regions
