Total Exteriors is a fast-growing exterior remodeling company specializing in roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and storm restoration services.

We currently serve Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois, with strong market presence throughout the Madison, Janesville, Beloit, and Rockford markets. As we continue expanding into Milwaukee, Chicago, and surrounding communities, we're looking for exceptional leaders who want to help build something bigger.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Recruiting and hiring top-performing outside sales representatives
  • Training and onboarding new team members
  • Conducting ride-alongs and field coaching
  • Leading sales meetings and accountability sessions
  • Managing team KPIs, activity levels, and performance metrics
  • Helping representatives improve close rates and overcome obstacles
  • Developing future leaders within the organization
  • Protecting and strengthening company culture
  • Working directly with ownership to improve team performance and drive growth

Compensation & Benefits

  • $60,000 Base Salary

Expected Earnings

  • Most successful managers: $110,000 - $175,000+
  • Top-performing leaders: $200,000 - $250,000+

QualificationsRequired

  • Proven sales management experience
  • Home improvement industry experience
  • Door-to-door sales leadership experience
  • Experience recruiting and developing sales professionals
  • Strong leadership and accountability skills
  • Track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams

Preferred

  • Roofing or exterior remodeling experience
  • Restoration industry experience
  • Experience leading teams through rapid growth
  • Strong technology and CRM proficiency
