Sales Manager (Automotive SaaS)

Our client is an innovative software provider transforming how car dealerships operate. With a strong presence in the UAE and international markets, they offer cutting-edge solutions including dealership websites, inventory management, and co-buying platforms. As they continue to expand, they are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to drive growth and build long-term partnerships with dealerships across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • New Business Development & B2B Sales
  • Proactively identify and reach out to car dealerships across the UAE.
  • Engage directly with dealership owners, general managers, and other decision-makers.
  • Present the company's SaaS solutions through tailored demos and proposals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Client Onboarding & Support
  • Lead the onboarding process and ensure smooth implementation of the platform.
  • Train dealership staff on system features and best practices.
  • Act as the primary point of contact during early adoption stages.
  • Relationship Management & CRM
  • Maintain and update client records, sales pipeline, and progress in CRM tools.
  • Collect and relay client feedback to internal teams to inform future development.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships focused on upselling and retention.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of active B2B sales experience, ideally in software or automotive sectors.
  • Direct experience working with car dealerships in the UAE is a strong advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
  • High degree of self-organization, field sales readiness, and goal orientation.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus.
  • Valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle required.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Bitrix, HubSpot, Salesforce).
