Sales Manager (B2B)

Karachi, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic B2B sales plans to achieve company goals and expand the customer base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and post-sale support.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales metrics and report on performance against targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, competitive threats, and customer needs.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives (if applicable).

Requirements:

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Sales Category: B2B Cleaning Detergents
  • Have done Sales in following industry: Pharmaceutical, Hospitals, Automobile, Slaughter
  • Houses, Food Industry, Restaurants, Educational Institutes, and Textile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
