Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic B2B sales plans to achieve company goals and expand the customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and post-sale support.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales metrics and report on performance against targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, competitive threats, and customer needs.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives (if applicable).
Requirements:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Sales Category: B2B Cleaning Detergents
- Have done Sales in following industry: Pharmaceutical, Hospitals, Automobile, Slaughter
- Houses, Food Industry, Restaurants, Educational Institutes, and Textile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
