Dimois Training Institute is a leading provider of internationally accredited training programs, focused on empowering professionals and organizations with industry-relevant skills. We are looking for an experienced and driven B2B Sales Head to lead and scale our corporate sales division.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Sales Head – B2B to drive revenue growth by building strong corporate partnerships, leading the sales team, and expanding our presence in the training and education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients across various industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (HR, L&D, management)
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to drive performance
- Design customized training solutions based on client needs
- Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing for lead generation campaigns
- Represent the organization in meetings, presentations, and negotiations
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in training, education, or services)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams
- Strong network with corporate clients and decision-makers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strategic thinking with a hands-on execution approach
- Experience in the GCC market is an added advantage
Salary Range: Starting from 7,000-10,000 SAR ( Based on experience)
