Job Summary:

The Sales Manager will lead and develop the sales strategy for bitumen and related products. Responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new markets, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring profitability and growth in line with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business targets for bitumen and related products.
  • Identify new business opportunities, clients, and markets (contractors, Asphalt plants, infrastructure projects, etc.).
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
  • Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals within approved commercial terms.
  • Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in bitumen or construction materials sales.
  • Strong understanding of B2B industrial sales, pricing, and tender processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel locally and regionally for client visits.
